Upscale hotel, all of the staff were very friendly and thoughtful, picturesque location in the resort's restaurant. The breakfast was freshly cooked and great and the pool was lovely. Location: the property was just off the beach outside the resort, and a beautiful bay, the villas, the food and the island. Also, it was 5 min drive from Point Dugong...

Small hotel with very very nice staff and good views of the sea. Fantastic service, amazing and gorgeous location in the resort's own restaurant.

The Oriental Beach Front View Villa offered fine sea views. I loved waking up to nature sounds like birds and frogs. The wooden décor and spacious bathroom were lovely. Having breakfast by the beach was a highlight, especially the made-to-order eggs. Staff were genuine, always eager to assist and share local tips. Exploring the island on bicycles added an adventurous touch. Some issues arose, like the limited choice for Western dishes at the restaurant. Sandflies were a nuisance at the beach, and it would be nice to have a bit more variety in on-site facilities. Despite these minor drawbacks, the atmosphere was relaxed, away from the usual tourist traps. I cherished every moment at the resort.

I liked this hotel, it was well-kept and modern with very good wi-fi. The room was well-kept and beautifully decorated and the view out to the sea or gardens was beautiful! Fabulously helpful and extremely helpful staff did a great job. The location was picturesque for me. The area was beautiful, an incredible base for me.

The food was an absolute highlight, with authentic Thai dishes that had us coming back for more. Our stay in the Oriental Beach Front View Villa offered fine views and an lovely natural concert every evening. Led by the amazing Mrs Nee.

What's great and what's not

The restaurant served amazing authentic Thai meals every day! The beach was mostly attended only by the hotel guests.

The noise from families with children around the pool was occasionally distracting. Not to mention, the lack of an onsite ATM is a bit inconvenient.

Loved the lush greenery around, but sandflies were quite annoying at the beach.

The kids loved the spacious Oriental Beach Front View Villa with its fine sea view. The calm atmosphere was perfect, and the clear waters were a hit for swimming. We enjoyed exploring local eateries nearby and lived it up with some delicious Thai food.

My kids wished there were more activities for families.

We had a grand time! The people here are pure sound, really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simply mighty, especially the made-to-order eggs. The only drawback was the village next door, bit of a sight with all that rubbish around. But overall, a wonderful escape!

The Oriental Beach Front View Villa offered fine views and a serene atmosphere. The made-to-order breakfast was a lovely touch, and we highly recommend trying their fresh seafood dishes at the restaurant. Don't miss exploring the island by renting bikes for an adventure!

The pools were a perfect escape, and the fine beachfront view from our room made everything worthwhile.

We loved the peaceful beachfront location. The staff were attentive. The restaurant offered fabulous views and delicious food, enhancing our dining experience.

The noise level from children around the pool area was a little distracting at times.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to a stunning, unspoiled beach on the west side of the island with amazing sunsets. the resort offers a great breakfast and a wide variety of tasty meals.
